farmers son from Nottinghamshire, born on the 8th May 1950, Educated
at West Bridgford Grammar School in Nottingham and at Reading University,
gaining an Honours Degree in Agriculture, a BASIS Qualified
Advisor.

Worked
for Boots Agriculture in agchem product development, both in the
UK and Europe, before moving to Hoechst.
Worked for Hoechst for eight years, progressing to Field Marketing
Services Manager, responsible for technical support for the sales
team in the UK.
Set up Farm Vision in 1984, to provide a complete independent agronomy
service to farmers in Eastern England.
Successfully developed the business to be one of the leading independent
agronomy consultancies.
A member of BIAC, including the Expert OpinionDivision.
Married with two school age children.
Youth Chairman at Swaffham Rugby Club, responsible for running mini
and Junior rugby. Qualified RFU coach.
Enjoys rural pursuits, including fishing and walking.
Keen coastal sailor.
